Revision Policy
Revisions depend on the package you select. Clients are welcome to request unlimited free edits as long as the core concept and design stay unchanged. Every revision request will be handled within 48 hours.
Refund Policy
Once the initial designs or concepts are approved, or a change has been requested, deposited funds become non-refundable—unless Page Wave Publishing cancels the contract for reasons unrelated to client non-performance. Refunds won’t be issued for change of mind.
Refund requests are handled as follows:
If you request a refund before the delivery of initial design concepts, you’re eligible for a full refund (minus 10% processing fee).
Within 48 hours of delivery: 66% refund (minus 10% fee).
Within 48–96 hours of delivery: 33% refund (minus 10% fee).
After 96 hours, refunds will not be processed—but we encourage you to reach out so we can resolve your concern.
Refund requests won’t be accepted if the client goes inactive for 5 working days or more.
Once the project enters the revision phase, or final files are delivered, no refund will be entertained.
For website packages, no refund will apply once mockups or internal pages have been approved.
All refund requests must be submitted to the support team of Page Wave Publishing, which reserves the right to approve or deny refunds based on each case.
If the client has approved one part of a combo package (for example, a logo + website), only the remaining, unapproved portion can qualify for a refund.
Refunds require a valid reason based on the original brief and revision feedback. If the design aligns with the provided brief, refunds will not apply—but revisions will continue until satisfaction is achieved.
Both parties agree not to publicly criticize, defame, or harm each other’s reputation through any platform. Violation of this clause may result in compensation determined by the non-breaching party.
Refund eligibility requires good faith. If multiple agencies are hired for the same project with intent to claim a refund, Page Wave Publishing reserves the right to decline.
All designs require client feedback. The client must stay engaged for the best outcome.
100% Unique Design Guarantee — If a design is found to unintentionally resemble an existing one, Page Wave Publishing will provide a new concept at no cost. Copyright registration remains the client’s responsibility.

Once your request is reviewed, you’ll receive confirmation from our refund department.
After a refund is processed, Page Wave Publishing retains full rights to all versions of the design. You cannot use or display any part of the refunded design.
All rights will be transferred back to Page Wave Publishing, which may report ownership to copyright authorities.

Your client account serves as the main communication hub. It’s your responsibility to check it regularly for updates, feedback, and files. Ignoring account updates may delay or void refund eligibility.
